Return Policy

• Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damage Exception

• The only exception applies if an order is received damaged during transit.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographic documentation of the damage (including packaging and contents) is required.

Claims & Responsibility

• All shipping damage claims must be filed with the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
• Molecular Labs does not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related damage unless a claim has been approved.
• We are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays once the package is in the possession of the carrier.
